Rescued Wood collaborates with homeowners and businesses to create sustainable, handmade furniture with a local spirit worthy of sharing.
We uses only locally sourced, sustainable hard wood. Each piece we salvage has come from a fallen tree or a tree felled by arborists due to natural causes, then collected and taken to the workshop where is cleaned, treated and airdried.
The aim at Rescued Wood is to preserve as much of the natural beauty of the piece as possible whilst also turning each piece of wood into a timeless piece of art and functional piece of furniture.
